Tbh I really don't care about the girls in this show. Shion definitely has the most personality and involvement in the plot, but yeah, I would say she's a best girl.

It isnt suppose to be this way, somehow they are dragging out the story unnecessarily, in the manga its only 2 chapters but they dragged it into 4 anime episodes, and changing the mood of serious tense into light hearted comedy...i got a bad feeling the anime gonna get dropped real soon and we arent even halfway into the actual entire story from the novel yet!

They're adding tad bit more detail and I don't mind that obviously everyone know this show is good so as long as they don't choke like in that one anime where shiro is the protag and they show us filler with side characters for half of the 25 episodes either that or they pull a game of thrones and God forbid Tokyo Ghoul then this anime is Gucci.

It is because of how this anime actually catching up quick to the manga so they probably had to make some adjustments. I do agree that some of the tension in the manga felt like it was gone in this part 2 season
